I am a full time Residential & Commercial Realtor working from Philadelphia to the Jersey Shore. I work with Residential & Luxury Homes, Rentals, and Commercial sales and leases.  I am available 24/7 and work extremely hard to help achieve my client’s goals and dreams.

A little bit about myself, I attended Monroe Township High School, class of 1979, and went on to continue my education at Mercer County & Middlesex College. After college, I became the owner of Cranbury Paint & Hardware in Cranbury, NJ until 2004. Inspired by my entrepreneurial spirit I began my career in real estate in 2004. Being in real estate was a great fit since I dealt with repairs of old Historic homes and also did Construction and repairs my entire life. Having a handy man repair business and doing construction on large warehouses, building additions and doing all phases of construction, I understand the construction of homes and what it takes to repair and maintain a home of any age. Since I grew up in the NJ and the Bucks County areas I can offer my clients a clear picture of commuting to and from NJ and Bucks County since I have commuted back and forth from NJ and PA my entire life. As a successful professional who is strong and focused I try to go above and beyond for my clients so that they can achieve their real estate goals. I do this by helping to make the purchase or sale of their home or business a very rewarding experience. For those planning to buy or sell a home or business, my character, knowledge and credibility helps prospective buyers or sellers make the most informed real estate decision of their lives. I have been called the realtor of the year by clients who trust only myself to help them buy and sell homes in other states. I am always there as a consultant and counselor. I help my clients in ways other agents will not or cannot help. I have found serious issues with homes that they have lived in for up to 25 years and never noticed. I have been recognized as a recipient of the Circle of Excellence Gold award for over 10 Million dollars in sales and President’s Circle awards. I am a member of the Middlesex & Mercer County Board of Realtors, Pennsylvania & New Jersey Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and in the top 1% of Realtors in the surrounding area. I also have been awarded the Five Star Home Professional Award for my great customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation skills, closing preparation, post-sale service, and marketing skills. According to Five Star Professional, there are 80,700 realtors in New Jersey, only 3,065 of those realtors were nominated, and only 1,215 won. These statistics show that I am now in the top 1% of realtors in the area after winning the Five Star Home Professional Award.
