I’m pleased to be an agent for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Fox and Roach Realtors. The company’s technological innovations, networking opportunities and training programs provide a huge advantage to agents and their clients in this fast-moving real-estate market.
For the past 30 years I’ve been working in real estate as an investor, landlord, renovator, buyer and seller of homes and investment properties on the Main Line and the Jersey Shore, in both a personal and trustee capacity. I understand the importance of buying not only the right home in the right location but one that is a good investment and has the potential to boost your net worth over time. As a seller I know the value of preparing and marketing your home to attract the right buyer at the right price. As an investor I understand the value of getting well-qualified tenants and achieving positive cash flows and increased equity in properties. Having experience in kitchen and bath design and after renovating seven homes I can both appreciate the value of a home in pristine condition as well as visualize the potential of a home that needs work.
In 30 years of living in Easttown Township I’ve been a volunteer for numerous organizations including: Providence Animal Center, Surrey Services for Seniors, Chester County Literacy Program, Tredyffrin/Easttown Middle School, Conestoga Gridiron Club, Conestoga Rugby Football Club and the Devereux Center for Head Trauma.
My husband David and I live in Berwyn and Ocean City, NJ and have two sons who attended Tredyffrin/Easttown schools and Pennsylvania universities.
Give me a call. No matter where you are in your real estate journey I’d love to help you achieve your goals!
