Meredith Lockhart is a Realtor at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Fox & Roach, Devon Home Marketing Center which is the top producing office in the nation. In 2014 she joined forces with Joan Lewis and formed a team that most recently achieved the 2016 Chairman’s Circle Gold Award, placing them in the top 2% of the network in the nation.
Meredith’s passion for Real Estate is innate. Her attendance at The Agnes Irwin School from 3rd-12th grades led to an introduction to local builder and developer, George Harlan for whom she began working Open Houses at the age of 13. While attending Villanova University, Meredith interned with award-winning architect, Peter Zimmerman. She has written published articles for Architectural Digest and Better Homes and Gardens on some of the firm’s designs and featured homes. After graduating from Villanova in 2002, Meredith began working with a multifaceted building company where she collaborated on various projects from the design and construction of multi-million Dollar spec and custom homes in Chester County to historical renovations in Gladwyne, additions in Lower Merion, and new construction in Stone Harbor, NJ.
Meredith greatly values and utilizes her vast array of long-standing relationships with local Realtors, architects, contractors, builders, mortgage brokers, title companies, movers, attorneys, antique dealers, and auctioneers giving her the ability to fully assist her clients throughout their entire Real Estate transaction and moving process.
Meredith has been blessed with both a daughter and son. Her great hope is for them to one day work in Real Estate with her, as they both have a great sense of humor and share her core values. When asked to comment on her career, Meredith purposefully states, “I love my job. Every single day I am grateful for my ability to work and the fact that I have the opportunity to simultaneously help people and make a living in doing so.”
