Matt Tucker has 15 years of experience in building, buying, and selling real estate. His career began with the Jackson Cross company, now CB Richard Ellis, the largest real estate provider in the world. There he assisted companies in the acquisition, renewal, and subleasing of premium office space in Philadelphia. Tucker then launched his own company which bought, rehabbed, and successfully sold properties in and around Philadelphia and the suburbs. Tucker's negotiating skills landed him a top fundraising job at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was responsible for cultivating and closing seven figure deals to benefit the University's capital projects.
His passion of building and architecture can be seen in his own home which he built in the Bella Vista area of Philadelphia in 2009 after having lived in the community for many years. Tuckers love of the city began in Rittenhouse Square area where he spent most of his time talking to home owners and walking the neighborhood.
Tucker is a native of Bryn Mawr and is active with his alma mater, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he was a varsity oarsman and continues to volunteer.
