Marianne shares her business philosophy of growth with her agents and staff. As a Realtor, she has always seen her role as being one of determining the needs of the Buyer or Seller and then doing whatever it takes to meet those needs. As a manager, “I’m here to help each agent determine what their goals are, and then to show them how to meet and even exceed those goals. Not every person is the same or wants the same things. Success can be very different to different people. What I want for each agent in my office and for each Buyer and Seller is to achieve his or her own goals. Their success is my success.”
