A Pennsylvania girl through and through, Lorraine literally was born in a blizzard in Phoenixville, PA. Her mother arrived to the hospital by police car, just in time to deliver Lorraine. Her sprightly arrival was announced in the hometown newspaper the next day! Her spirited and energetic appearance from day one, continues with her work ethic today.
A graduate of Gwynedd-Mercy University, she has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management. Bringing with her are a wide-range of interests, Lorraine is a trained fire-fighter, Research Archivist, Adjunct, Notary, Union Officer and newly elected Constable for Montgomery Township. A community volunteer, Lorraine volunteers with Manna on Main Street, collecting eye glasses for the Lions Club, delivering clothing to Career Wardrobe in Philadelphia. Lorraine also volunteers abroad with the Mercy Ship annually; a hospital ship healing the sick and forgotten of the world, which opened her eyes to Guinea, Republic of the Congo and Madagascar.
Interconnecting her diverse talents to assist her client’s best interests, one of Lorraine’s expertise is settling estates. With compassion, Lorraine will assist families with decision making and suggestions to lessen the burden. Honest and straightforward, she will contribute her wealth of knowledge to all her home buyers, home sellers, tenants or landlords, treating them as though they are her family members with respect, reverence and kind-heartedness. Lorraine is an associate on the Jay Peterman Team, which received the Chairman’s Circle Gold award for outstanding performance in 2014 and helping clients achieve the dream of homeownership. This award consists of the top 2% of Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach for years 2013-2014.
Family and fun are important to Lorraine. Her daughter, Jacqueline is a graduate of The Kent School, Kent CT, Chatham University, Pittsburgh PA with a BS Chemistry and Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester MA with a Masters Degree in Fire Protection Engineering. She lives in Hollis NH with her husband and is a Fire Protection Engineer for the NFPA, Quincy MA. Lorraine’s son, Thomas is a graduate of North Penn High School and the Professional Golf Career College, Orlando FL with a degree in Golf Management. Residing the last seven years in Orlando and West Palm Beach, he was employed by West Orange Country Club, Palm Beach Par 3 and Banyan Golf Club. Thomas recently returned back to his hometown in the North Penn area and is continuing his career in the Philadelphia PGA section.
