I spent 30+ years in sales, marketing, and business development, working for major corporations, family businesses, start-ups, and running my own consulting business.  I made the best decision of my life transitioning this experience to a real estate career.  I received my NJ real estate license in the spring of 2003 and signed on with Coldwell Banker.  In January 2006, I went full-time with Prudential Fox & Roach’s Haddonfield office (now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach) where I remain. 

I tend to be very analytical – and this is a great field for analytics!  Oftentimes, the media presents a misleading picture of how the overall market is performing.  Through extensive market research I compile and update quarterly, I can share a thoroughly accurate picture of how local towns in the tri-county area are performing.

Having represented many homeowners, I know what it takes to market a home for sale regardless of whether it’s a fixer-upper, luxury home, or new or rehabbed construction.  It starts with knowledge of individual markets, but also requires marketing skills & the ability to negotiate.  The days of just putting a listing in the MLS are long gone.  I provide pre-listing advice including staging, de-cluttering, suggesting areas where repairs would be beneficial, recommendations on performing pre-inspections & appraisals, excellent photography, great copy, property websites, “Home Profile” brochures, “take-one” flyers, Facebook targeted advertising, agent networking, negotiating skills, and most critical, customer service. 

I love showing homes and always find time to schedule as many as possible for my buyers to evaluate.  I also preview homes for my out of town clients and investors to save them time.  I especially love working with first-time home buyers and relocating buyers as my knowledge and experience helps take the mystery out of the buying process.  Understanding the markets you’re considering is important, as well as individual neighborhoods within those markets.  The market is transitioning and multiple offers are not uncommon with the most desirable properties.  I will help you determine the right price and put you in touch with a top lender to determine the best financing options. Once your offer is successfully negotiated, I’ll support you with a superior team to manage all the details of your mortgage, hazard insurance, title, and settlement services.  I’ll be with you every step of the way through to settlement day and beyond! 

I’m always available to meet with contractors and inspectors.  I offer electronic signature options via for your convenience.  You can communicate with me 24/7 by text, email, cell phone, or in person.
