Buying or selling your home can be an exhaustive and complicated process, but with my help, your real estate professional, it is easier than you think. I have many resources to assist you and can be invaluable when it comes to guiding you through the entire process that could be otherwise intimidating. A key role that I perform is to facilitate every part of the transaction for you, whether you are a buyer or seller. If I am representing you as a seller, I will have arranged to market your property, help negotiate and identify qualified buyers on all offers, provide you with up-to-date status, and work with each of the participants involved in your transaction. If I am representing you as a buyer than I will have arranged to help you determine your buying power, find a property that matches your needs, provide objective information as well as due diligence on each property, help negotiate the offer and work with each of the persons in the transaction.

I pride myself on being in this industry for 30+ years and have helped some friends (clients) move 3 – 4 times.
