Buying or selling your home can be an exhaustive and complicated process, but with my help, your real estate professional, it is easier than you think. I have many resources to assist you and can be invaluable when it comes to guiding you through the entire process that could be otherwise intimidating. A key role that I perform is to facilitate every part of the transaction for you, whether you are a buyer or seller. If I am representing you as a seller, I will have arranged to market your property, help negotiate and identify qualified buyers on all offers, provide you with up-to-date status, and work with each of the participants involved in your transaction. If I am representing you as a buyer than I will have arranged to help you determine your buying power, find a property that matches your needs, provide objective information as well as due diligence on each property, help negotiate the offer and work with each of the persons in the transaction.

I pride myself on being in this industry for 30+ years and have helped some friends (clients) move 3 – 4 times.

My credentials are extensive, but what does matter to you, is that you are treated with knowledge, respect and professionalism. Please call me for all of your real estate needs.

John Terebey Jr.

A licensed Realtor® since 1986 and broker since 1990 John's sales accomplishments and designations are numerous and set him apart from his peers. A consecutive Circle of Excellence Award recipient including Platinum, John strives to make his brokerage, the go-to market leader in the area by tapping into all available market segments.  John is not unfamiliar with stringent requirements and demanding expectations placed upon him by institutional clients. While John's real estate accomplishments are undoubtedly prolific it's his character and willingness to impart knowledge onto current and "next generation" Realtors® that truly makes him a respected figure in the real estate community.

A former MCAR president (2007) and current Division Officer of NJAR's Professional Standards, John has a zero tolerance policy for those that are unwilling to embody the professional fundamentals of accountability, honesty, integrity, and fair-dealing. Nowhere is this more apparent than his representation of clients, which include non-profit organizations like Eden Autism Services, and with those he hires to represent his name and his brokerage.
