Where are you from?
I am a local guy, born and raised in Deptford, New Jersey. Currently, I live in the Lake Tract section of Deptford Township.
Are you married?
Yes, to my wonderful wife, Jennie.
Do you have any children?
Yes, three energetic ones! Jesse 15, Frankie 2, and coming soon, Emersen, who is due any day now.
Do you have any pets?
Not at the moment but I’m sure I will be out voted.
What are your hobbies?
I enjoy fishing and barbequing whenever I get the chance. I especially enjoy landscaping projects of any kind. On my days off (which is rare) you will most likely find me out working in the yard.
What is the most significant achievement you have attained in life, so far?
My marriage and raising a family are my most significant achievements. Nothing is more important to me than being a husband and a dad. After that, the second most important achievement would be to serve the needs of my clients in all of the real estate needs.
Where did you attend High School?
I attended private school at Gloucester County Christian School in Pitman, New Jersey.
Did you attend College?
I did not attend college. Instead, I chose to become an electrician. At 19 years old, I began a 5 year apprentice program and have been a journeymen electrician for the last 10 years. I am a member in good standing for 15 years of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union #98. As a result of my career change, I am inactive in the Union since I am a full time, non-stop Realtor®.
Why did you enter the real estate field?
I have always wanted to be in sales and being a real estate agent has granted me that opportunity.
Not only do I work with people on what can be one of the biggest decisions of their lives, but I also get the satisfaction of helping them through what can be a difficult process.
Why did you join the Budd Realty team?
I chose Budd Realty because I was looking for a company that wasn’t your typical, run of the mill real estate company. After interviewing here, I realized it was a perfect fit for me. I have found Budd to be like a large family. Everyone is always willing to help and I feel I fit in completely.
If I were to buy real estate, what can you do for me?
I am available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all of your questions and concerns. My knowledge of residential construction is also a big reason buyers choose me as their Realtor®. I do my best to spot red flags that might turn into costly repairs in the future.
If I were to sell real estate, what can you do for me?
Having grown up in Deptford, my knowledge of the area helps me stand apart from other agents. I am familiar with towns and neighborhoods in not only Deptford but surrounding towns as well. This allows me to accurately price your home by finding “true” comparables in your area.
My electrical/construction experience is also a bonus to most sellers. In most cases, I can foresee many issues that can arise during the inspection process and help to deal with these matters so that it does not adversely affect negotiations when a buyer is found.
Do you plan on obtaining real estate designations, such as GRI, CRS, E-Pro etc.?
Yes, I certainly plan to obtain real estate designations in the future, especially a GRI.
What do you like most about the real estate profession?
It might sound like a cliché but I really enjoy working with people. I like that I have found a career that not only allows me to build relationships with my clients but also give me the opportunity to use my construction expertise to assist them in the real estate process.
What do you like least about the real estate profession?
It is not that difficult for buyers and sellers to be exploited by unprofessional people. This includes contractors and, as much as I dislike admitting this, even people within my own profession. But they say, the best way to change anything is to get involved. This is one of my goals: to insure my sellers and buyers are treated with respect, honesty and a complete sense of fairness. This is and always will be my commitment to you.
