First licensed in 1981 and again in 2002, Debra is a life-long resident of the Main Line and serves a discerning clientele in Center City, the Main Line and the Tri-County surrounding areas.  Having cultivated a relocation partnership with the University of Pennsylvania, School of Medicine, and holding a place on the referral list for The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Debra works with faculty and trainee candidates/new hires in finding them homes in Center City, Media/Swarthmore and the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia.  She has earned the prestigious CLHMS designation (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) and has built a reputation on providing a higher level of caring service for her clientele to make them feel as comfortable and confident as possible during their home buying or home selling process.  A former professional vocalist, Debra sang the National Anthem for the Philadelphia Eagles from 1985-1989 and was also the Project Coordinator for a nationally acclaimed CD, Salsa Americana, that went to #30 on the National Jazz Chart in 2002.
