I cover the Tri-County area of Burlington, Camden & Gloucester in south Jersey. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. I offer full presentations which provide an overview of market trends and statisitics so clients can embrace the market with knowledge and empowering them to make informed decisions.
My goal in the process to assist people in marketing and selling their homes is to help educate them on the Current market conditions and the overall process. The difference between a realtor and a professional, is the professional is willing to teach. Some realtors find it hard to reveal their professional secrets. However, I think giving information helps build trust with prospective clients and trust is a bridge to long term relationships.
I also enjoy assisting buyers in finding homes, which I believe is also an education process. The more the buyer understands about the market place, the conditions of the properties and the surrounding values the more I have empowered them to make informed decisions. A home has got to be the perfect fit for the buyer and sometimes it takes tremendous patience to find that fit.
I pride myself in taking the right amount of time with each and every client to be sure that their needs are met whether they are buying or selling.
A large percentage of my business comes from satisfied clients passing my name along in a referral to someone looking to buy or sell real estate- THAT IS THE BEST COMPLIMENT IN THE WORLD TO ME!!!
I consider myself a valued advocate/resource to my clients and many of my past clients have become good friends, and my friends always deserve the best from me!
I believe in the importance of education in the real estate community so strongly, I am actually a licensed real estate instructor for the state. I am a director for our local Burlington & Camden County Board of Realtors, a Director for New Jersey Association of Realtors and was recently elected to be a Director for the National Association of Realtors (for our local Board until 2013). I also have held a seat in the National Association of Realtors Conventional Finance Committee for 2010-2011. In all of these boards and committees, I've volunteered my time to be sure I'm on top of the latest programs that affect our industry. My personal motto is: you must be part of the solution, other wise you will remain part of the problem.
