Cher is a licensed Realtor in PA, DE & MD plus she has lived in all three states as well.  This gives her unique insights in how best to assist her clients. Cher  was raised and educated in Kennett Square and West Chester, PA and moved to Wilmington and Claymont, DE while working as a for a large National Credit Card Bank after college while raising her two oldest daughters.  After the birth of her 3rd child Cher then moved to Maryland and raised her youngest 2 children in Cecil County.  Cher ultimately worked in both the public schools and the public library systems of Cecil County.  She now resides just inside Pennsylvania's New London Township just a stone's throw from Fair Hill Maryland and Newark, Delaware.  Cher's passion for educational growth and cultural enrichment has afforded her many opportunities to assume leadership roles in her community.  Cher currently serves as the President of the Cecil County Choral Society and as the Charity Representative for the Chadds Ford sales office.  Cher's background has has attuned her to the needs of her clients and her successes as a Realtor representing clients in all three states has sharpened her marketing and negotiation skills.  As a result Cher is all that she seems. She genuinely cares about her clients and demonstrates this repeatedly by putting their needs first and by effectively managing transactions from start to finish with the highest regard from her colleagues.
