I started listing and selling real estate in 1999. I have been listing and selling homes in Gloucester County, Camden County, Salem County and Burlington County, New Jersey for the 12+ years. With 19+ years of real estate experience, I ensure that all the details of your home sale or purchase are handled efficiently and professionally.
Prior to being a Realtor, I worked for a real estate attorney as a paralegal and law office manager for 25 years. Therefore, I have a vast amount of experience and knowledge to add to real estate. After retiring from 40 years from the insurance industry, my husband, Bill Watts joined me in real estate to apply his vast experience and negotiating skills from the insurance industry. As we grew, a past client, Corey Rossiter joined The Watts Team to add her experience in business and marketing.
We believe in an open dialog 100% of the time. When we evaluate the market value of your home, we will not tell you what you want to hear to get your listing. We suggest a range of pricing to get you the best results that the market will allow. We provide market statistics and facts to back up our real estate decisions.
