Before venturing into real estate, I attended Johnson & Wales, obtaining a culinary arts degree while serving in the Navy for 4 years on a nuclear powered submarine. I then spent the next several years running kitchen staff at large hotels, honing my managerial skills. From there, I challenged myself in the automotive business, working my way from salesperson to owner. I successfully owned and operated Sport Toyota in Devon, Planet Honda in Chaddsford, and Cycleworld of Cherry Hill, NJ, which paved the way for my current businesses: Coppock Realty, LLC, Coppock Properties, LLC, and Coppock Consulting, LLC, all of which I own and operate. I’ve been in the commercial real estate and consulting businesses for 20 years each – as a realtor, I bring to the table my vast experience as a negotiator and an extensive background in business. I want to share these skills with you to help you find your perfect home!
You may also like to know that I’m currently active with several local charities, including Parkinson’s Fitness, The National MS Society, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Sunday Breakfast Mission, and CHOP. Beyond philanthropic endeavors, I enjoy golf, fishing, ice hockey, collecting antiques and art, and of course, spending time with my family.
Currently, I am buying and selling mostly pre-war homes and barns in the Main Line area, as well as restoring houses to their original beauty. You can check out highlights of my restoration work here. I look forward to getting the opportunity to work for you!
