Barbara Caccia started her career in Real Estate with builder Toll Brothers City Living in 2010 where she started out as a Rising Star Junior Sales Associate and quickly moved up to Sales Associate of the Year in 2011. Barbara provided excellent customer service throughout the sales process to all condominium and townhome buyers and sellers at Naval Square and 2400 South. While working for Toll Brothers City Living she became an expert in initiating, negotiating, and closing transactions for Naval Square and 2400 South, which always lead to exceeding sales projections.
Her specific areas of expertise include buyer representation, negotiating, seller representation, first time home buyers, and downsizers. Barbara specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge to list residential properties, multifamily properties, new construction, and representing buyers which consistently exceed the investment goals and expectations of her clients.
Barbara prides herself on making clients and customer service her top priority. It is also important to her to make sure that everyone throughout the transaction is on the same page, fully informed, and comfortable with the process. She is able to make this happen by being honest, hardworking, and a great listener. Her goal is for all parties to be happy and satisfied by the end of the transaction.
Barbara is a graduate of Bloomsburg University in Bloomsburg, PA. While studying Communications she was a swimmer on the Division II Women’s Swim Team. She was elected member of the Laurel Springs, NJ Town Council in November 2009 and during her three-year term as councilwoman she served as the liaison between the joint planning and zoning board and the Laurel Springs Town Council.
