Where do you start?
I always recommend interviewing at least two agents before making your decision. Choose a REALTOR® who sells in the top 1% of their local market. Agents like myself have access to more inventory, simply because of proximity. Because I target a small geographic area, I can bring you information about upcoming listings before they hit the market. We begin with a consultation so that I can truly understand your real wants and needs and show you options you didn’t know were available… then we go out and find your dream home!

How do you know you are getting the best price?
That depends on only one thing…. are you my Seller client or my Buyer client? Let me explain. I work with just as many Sellers as I do Buyers, which is advantageous to you because I am in the field every day touring the inventory and knowing what buyers desire. When I sell a home, time and again, my sellers net the most money AND in the least time… ask me for my proven track record. As a Certified Negotiation Expert®, I have mastered the skills that often times not only wins my buyers the home of their dreams, but they pay much less than they would have working with another agent. How do we do it?
It’s simple. I never actually considered myself a salesperson. The typical sales mentality is not taught on my team. Our core belief is to provide education and a great customer service experience, without the scripted sales pitch. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I was a HUD Housing Counselor and a Loan Officer. It is my mission to educate and serve, not sell. It is important to me that all of my team members share the same core values and beliefs.
