I enjoy golf, skiing, tennis and playing on the beach for my outdoor activities. I especially love doing home improvement projects and visiting Lowes and Home Depot.

What is the most significant achievement you have attained in life, so far?
I believe that going away to a school at Florida State University, which was thousands of miles from home, and graduating at the top of my class was my finest accomplishment.

I am a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Florida State University, receiving my Bachelors of Science in Communications with a minor in Art/Design.

When did you join the Budd Realty team?
After extensively interviewing other real estate agencies I decided to work for Budd because of the care and professionalism they give to not only their agents but also to each of their clients.

Why did you enter the real estate field?
I entered the real estate profession because I wanted to help people with what is usually the most important purchase of their lives. A home can be a person’s greatest investment, and not a purchase to be taken lightly.

What is it that you like most about your company, Budd Realty?
I love working at Budd Realty because they make me feel like I’m one of the family. Everyone here is approachable, sincere and just a pleasure to work with.

If I were to buy real estate, what can you do for me?
Buying real estate can be exciting and yet stressful at the same time. All of the searching and paperwork can be at times, overwhelming. But I believe the right property is out there for everyone and if you’re ready to buy, I’ll help you find it. I’m available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all of your questions and concerns, big and small

If I were to sell real estate, what can you do for me?
Because of my background in marketing and advertising, I know that getting your property out there is the most important step to selling real estate. However, there is a fine line between the appropriate amount of advertising and over-doing it. I can help you walk that line.

What are your short and long term aspirations in your real estate career?
My short-term goals are to build up a reputable client base. I want to be the name people automatically think of when discussing real estate.
My long-term goals are to maybe one day become a certified appraiser or work in real estate investments for banks looking to improve communities that have fallen on hard times.

Do you plan on obtaining real estate designations, such as GRI, CRS, E-Pro etc.?
Yes, I certainly plan to obtain real estate designations in the future, especially a GRI.

What do you like most about the real estate profession?
I love working with new people every day. All of my clients have a story to tell and I love to hear them.

What do you like least about the real estate profession?
Honestly, I don’t like the high turnaround rate of agents bouncing from agency to agency. I understand that this business is ever changing and that people are always moving around, but I am a person who likes to stay put.
