Prudential Fox & Roach's Welcome Specialist program has now been launched in Region 2. This program is designed to orient new and veteran agents who join our company so that they can experience a seamless transition without any interruption to their business. “We want to create a welcoming environment to insure a smooth, quick integration into our family, culture, systems and tools,” explains Joan Docktor. Each office will have a designated welcome specialist.

Welcome Specialists were chosen for their desire to share knowledge and experience, patience, good organizational skills and enthusiasm for the company and for the real estate industry.
