Joan Docktor

Joan Docktor began as a real estate sales associate with the company in 1986. With her dedication and commitment to the company, Joan was promoted to sales manager in 1993 and moved on to become a Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of the Company’s largest and most profitable sales territory. After only a few years and many notable achievements, she was named General Sales Manager in 2003 and then Executive Vice President of Sales in 2006. Joan's continuous upward movement in the company is a testament to her ability to lead. She has been instrumental in the company's growth over the last several years.

As one of a small percentage of women in corporate leadership roles, Joan is a role model for many of the company’s agents, as well as members of the global real estate community. As president, she is responsible for the company’s growth and profitability in all brokerage departments including 65 sales offices, relocation services, builder’s marketing and land development, as well as cross selling of Trident’s services.

Joan has served on the Plymouth Planning Agency and Zoning Hearing Board and is also an officer on the executive committee of the Board of Directors of Trend MLS, on the Board of Directors of The Realty Alliance, as well as a member of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce and the Forum for Executive Women.
