Larry Flick IV, was recently presented with a tremendous honor when he was recognized for his leadership at the exclusive 2015 REAL Trends Gathering of Eagles conference in Denver, Colorado. Recognized for his leadership as the company chairman and CEO, Larry helped turn the company into one of the five largest realty service firms in the country.
The conference, held annually, attracted over 350 principals and CEOs from the nation’s 500 largest residential real estate brokerage firms plus senior management of the nation’s largest real estate franchise organizations. Included in the exclusive group of leaders recognized are Margaret Kelly, former CEO of ReMax, LLC; Mark Willis, former CEO of Keller Williams Realty International; Earl Lee, former CEO of HSF Affiliates LLC; and George Eastman, current Vice Chairman of Long and Foster Companies.
REAL Trends CEO Steve Murray awarded Larry with a Tiffany’s crystal bowl to thank him for his support of REAL Trends and for his accomplishments in the real estate industry. “Larry Flick started with Roach Brothers Realtors® when it had less than 18 agents,” says Murray. “In a career spanning over 50 years with the company, he built Fox Roach/The Trident Group into one the five largest realty service firms in the country. He also led what has been recognized by most as the most successful mortgage, title and homeownership services firm in the country, which is integrated with a realty firm.” He adds, “Larry is an expert wine connoisseur, and, throughout his life, raced cars as a hobby. REAL Trends recognized Larry not only for his many contributions to the practice of leadership of realty organizations, but also for his long-time support of REAL Trends and his work to increase the professionalism of the real estate services industry."
