Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Fox & Roach, REALTORS® is pleased to announce the release of its exclusive new Home Zone app. Home Zone, used specifically for open house related tasks, is only available to BHHS Fox & Roach sales associates. The new iPad app seeks to integrate and automate information, making open houses easier and more efficient for sales associates.
"We wanted to create an iPad app that assists our sales associates at open houses while automating access to their listings and updating open house visitor information in their Agent Resource Center, a CRM offered exclusively to them,” remarks Rajeev Sajja, VP of Digital Innovation. “We strive to automate, syndicate and integrate across all marketing technologies, which this app allows us to do."
Home Zone allows sales associates to schedule and manage open houses for all active company listings. They are automatically pulled into the App without any manual entry. Home Zone also allows sales associates to collect open house visitor information, including the answers to the questions they are asked during the open house. After the open house, a thank you email is generated and sent to all visitors, with the option for the sales associate to customize it before it is sent.
