Home Zone is an iPad App (Android version coming in the Fall 2014) for all things open houses, exclusively available for sales associates of our company. You can download it from the iTunes App Store by searching for "Home Zone" or click here from your iPad.
The key features of Home Zone are:
The login is your company username and password. This allows us to automatically pull all your active listings into Home Zone without any manual entry.
- If you are sitting another agent's open house, you can use the add listing feature to easily add any active listing of our agents.
- Schedule and manage your open houses on all your active listings. You no longer have to wait to do it on myezaccess.com, although that option is available.
- Collect open house visitor information at consumer and broker opens.
- All your clients and their answers to the questions are automatically pushed to your Agent Resource Center (ARC) account and are also available under leads in Home Zone.
- A thank you email is generated to all open house visitors when you end the open house with the ability for the agent to customize it before it is sent.
- There are eight default questions that all open house visitors are presented. You can add custom questions if needed in addition to the eight that are already there.
